Client and business appreciation
A few examples of my client and business appreciation events: an ice cream truck that went throughout the neighborhood in East Elmhurst, and private movie screenings for clients, their families and the people who send me business.
Past clients, and the friends and family they send my way, are always on the guest list. I’d love to be inviting you to the next one.
East Elmhurst
I have been doing this long enough that a good number of the people I work with now are people I worked with before, or people they sent me. That is the whole business. So every so often I put something on and invite them — past clients, the attorneys and vendors I work with, neighbors, whoever wants to come.
There is no presentation and no pitch. People eat, their kids get something to do, and I get to see everybody in one afternoon.
Remember the Realtor that remembers you.
Printed on the truck. Still the idea.East Elmhurst
A Mister Softee truck going throughout the neighborhood from eleven to seven, a banner in the window and helpers in printed shirts. Free cones for anybody who flagged it down. For the seniors and anyone who could not get out, we brought it to the door.

The banner in the truck window
My tagline then and my tagline now. The cell number that ran underneath it is still my cell number; the office line below it belongs to a brokerage that closed years ago, which is why you are seeing the top of the banner and not the bottom.

Private movie screenings
Some of my business appreciation events have been private movie screenings — the theater rented out for clients, their families and the people who send me business, something for the children to do, and a row kept free for anyone with a toddler who might need to walk out halfway through. Over a hundred guests came to one of the screenings shown here.

I’d love to invite you to the next event! Same cell number and same email address since 2002, and the same person behind the strategy from the first call to the closing table.
